Our Story

Regina's Premier Mexican Destination

Agave Authentic Mexican Grill is an independent, locally-owned Mexican culinary centre located in the heart of Regina's downtown Albert Street corridor. We are proud to be a Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Award winner.

Specializing in authentic Oaxacan and regional Mexican street-style cuisine, we bring traditional recipes and flavors to Regina. We use authentic ingredients, hand-rolled tortillas, slow-braised meats, house-made salsas, and traditional moles with over 25 ingredients to deliver the true taste of Mexico.

Agave operates as three integrated dining concepts: Agave Restaurant for full-service dining, Agave Express for quick takeout and prepared meals, and Agave Cantina featuring craft cocktails and an extensive bar program. Our vibrant, festive space transports diners to Mexico with warm hospitality and welcoming staff.
